Editing and Creating an Account
Q. I would like to create an account with IHI. How can I do that?
A. If you are new to IHI, you can create an account for free in just a few minutes.
Q. I would like to change some of the information in my account. How can I do that?
A. To update the information associated with your account, please log into that account, and go to “My Account” There, you will be able to edit information including your email address, address, or organization by clicking on the pencil icon in the appropriate section. For example, to update your organization, you can click on the pencil icon where you see your name in blue text.
Q. I have two (or more) accounts and I would like to merge them. Can you help with that?
A. Yes, we can assist with merging accounts. Please note that a Complete Access Account cannot be merged into a Basic Account. For assistance with merging accounts, please submit a support request or email us at [email protected] . Please indicate which email you’d like to use for your account moving forward.
