How do I view my Open School group subscription dashboard?

Please follow the steps below to view your Open School administrator dashboard. Note: Your dashboard will become available to you the morning after you enroll in Open School. Your organization's unique access code will be sent to you in an automatic confirmation email by the morning after you enroll. 

Go to education.ihi.org and click on the three-line icon in the top-left menu. When the menu expands, go to Resource Management>Open School Subscription Dashboard




The dashboard will look like the picture below. The tabs on the top of the screen will have a tab for each Open School subscription since 2021. On this dashboard you will be able to do the following:

1. See key information such as your subscription type (academic or professional), number of seats available, number of seats used and remaining, as well as when your subscription will expire

2. Export a list of the participants who have claimed an access code 

3. Pull reports on participants' activities. For more information, see the instructions for pulling reports
Please note: Participants must enter the access code to be included on the reports. If they enroll in a course before entering the access code, the course will not be included on your reports

4. View snapshot of course engagement and enrollment numbers
