Trouble Logging-in and Password Reset
Clear your History and Cache
If you are having trouble logging in, try clearing the history and cache in your browser. Or try a different browser.

Here is also a direct link to reset your password. You should receive a reset email from IHI within a few minutes. Once you receive the link it is valid for 99 minutes after the time it was requested. Check your junk mail folder, just in case the reset password email is sent there.
If for some reason you do not receive an email, let us know and we can help you. In that scenario, we also request that you inform your IT department that you did not receive an expected email from the ihi.org domain. Ask them to whitelist IHI.org so that you are able to get future correspondence from us.
