Trouble Logging In and Password Reset
If you encounter an error when attempting to IHI’s platform, please try one or more of the following remediation steps:

Verify your username by clicking on the "Forgot username?" link. This will prompt you to enter your email address. If the email address you enter is present on one of the records in our system, you will receive an email providing the username for that record. If you were enrolled into an IHI program by one of your colleagues, verify which email address was used for processing your enrollment and use that email address for looking up your username.
Reset your password by clicking on the "Forgot password?" link. This will prompt you to enter your username. If the username you enter is present in the system, you will receive an email providing a link for resetting your password. The reset link is valid for 99 minutes from the time of the request.
In both situations, you should receive emails from IHI ([email protected]) within a few minutes. Check your junk mail folder if you don’t see the email come to your inbox. Once you have confirmed your username and password, make certain that your browser or password manager is not autofilling the username and password fields with old or incorrect information.
Create a new user record by clicking on "" if you don’t find an existing record with your search attempts.
IHI if you encounter the following issues:
- There are duplicate records associated with your email address.
- Emails are not reaching your inbox even after waiting sufficiently long and making multiple attempts. Please also check with your own IT department to ensure that emails from the ihi.org domain are not getting blocked.
