Technical Troubleshooting 

Experiencing audio issues? 

Be sure to check your computer’s audio settings, and try to leave and re-join the call to see if that triggers the audio to come through. You may also try using a different browser (e.g. if you are currently using Chrome, try Firefox or Edge). Please also rest assured that recordings will be made available after the event.

Can't access the livestream? 
Be sure that the credentials you entered at ihi.org/ForumLobby match exactly the email and last name you entered in your registration. Both fields are case sensitive.  Be careful of pesky extra spaces around your login details as well!

If you are still struggling to access the Forum livestream, you may try the following: 

- Open an ‘incognito’ or ‘private’ tab in your browser to log in
- Try logging in on a different browser (e.g. if you are using Chrome, trying in Edge or Firefox if available)
- If you have access to one, use a different device or access over a different network
