Claiming Credits for 2020 Summit Sessions

1. Visit the IHI Education Platform.
2. Sign in with your MyIHI username and password.
3. From the homepage, select Go to your Learning Center.
   
4. On the Current tab, you will see an activity for each of the Summit 2020 sessions. Click on 'Launch' to open one of the activities.
   
5. Once in the activity, click on 'Next' and then 'Start' to start the post program evaluation for that session.

7. Answer the questions for the post program evaluation. Once finished, click on the 'Submit Test' button at the bottom. You will then see a message of congratulations that indicates the activity is now complete. Repeat these steps for all the sessions for which you wish to claim credits.
8. Once you complete all program activities, your program will appear under the Completed tab of your Learning Center.
   
9. Click Claim Credits.
   
   
10. Check the box next to the credit type that you would like to claim. Click Submit. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your selection. Note: once you click Submit, your selection is final. You can add an additional credit type, but you cannot undo the previously selected option.
    
11. You will return to your Learning Center.
12. To find your printable Certificate, visit your Certificate Center. 
13. Click the link in the Credit Type column to generate your certificate. NOTE: if you do not see your credits/certificate, try logging out and logging back in again.
    
14. On the following screen, Click the button just above your certificate to download a PDF of your certificate.
