The recertification fee is a non-refundable application processing fee and must be paid at the time of submission. Payment of the fee does not guarantee approval of a recertification application. Candidates who submit incomplete applications will be given an opportunity to submit missing materials prior to final review decisions.

All recertification applications are subject to review and verification by IHI. In the event an application is denied, withdrawn, incomplete, or otherwise determined not to meet recertification requirements, the application fee will not be refunded.

The fee supports the administrative review, verification, and processing of submitted materials.
